Refund & Cancellation Policy
Vigor Media Services LLC provides professional consulting, business advisory, training, and subscription-based services under The Aligned Experience Program. Due to the nature of digital services, consulting, advisory strategy, and program access, all payments are non-refundable once services have commenced.

Setup Fee
The one-time setup fee is non-refundable. This fee covers program onboarding, assessment review, strategy development, documentation preparation, and initial advisory services.

Subscription Fees
The program operates on a six (6) month initial term. Monthly subscription payments during the initial term are non-refundable.

After the initial six-month term, services continue on a month-to-month basis at the stated renewal rate. Month-to-month subscriptions may be canceled with fourteen (14) days written notice prior to the next billing cycle.

Early Termination
If a client chooses to discontinue participation before completion of the initial term, remaining payments within the agreed six-month term remain due and payable.

Chargebacks & Payment Disputes
Clients agree to contact Vigor Media Services LLC directly to resolve any billing concerns prior to initiating a chargeback or payment dispute.
